Lovely Spa Aromatherapy Cancellation and Refund Policy

 At Lovely Spa Aromatherapy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which could force you to postpone or cancel your appointment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our therapists but other clients as well. Therefore, we have set the following policies:

1. 24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

• • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

1. Deposit Policy:
   • • A deposit is required to secure your booking.
     • In case of cancellation with adequate notice (more than 24 hours), this deposit will be applied to your rescheduled service.
     • If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be retained by Lovely Spa Aromatherapy.
2. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy:
   • • No calls or no-shows within the 24-hour period will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
     • If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your session may be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent appointments. However, you will be charged for the full session.
3. Service Refund Policy:
   • • No refunds will be provided for services rendered. Our therapists dedicate their time and expertise to provide the best care and treatment.
4. Special Circumstances:
   • • We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of severe weather, sudden illness, or family emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Decisions regarding waiving the cancellation fee in these instances are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Lovely Spa Aromatherapy management.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our cancellation and refund policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
